“At the center of your being
you have the answer;
you know who you are
and you know what you want.”
― Lao Tzu
BE PRESENT
Be present during this moment and give yourself time to be distraction-free. So, please, unplug + relax.

- Run a bath, pour a glass, and wonder in all the bubbles.
- Crack open a sour beer and get deep with your sister (cheers!).
- Share openly with your spouse to build on your foundation (I feel admiration in the air tonight!).
LET YOUR MIND GO OFF
Have no limitations and think of all the possibilities. This isn’t a time to be short with yourself when you think about your goals.
If these questions spark other things, write them down, too! This is an exercise to get honest and real and your wandering mind can be liberating.
STOP SECOND-GUESSING YOURSELF
I always get in my head, and I think if I write it down that things are permanent. But it’s not, because we always, at any time, have the ability to change our course. So, stop overthinking things and just write without hesitation.
